Terms of Service | 360 Trusted Virtual Tour

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service govern the agreement between 360 Trusted Virtual Tour (“Service Provider”) and the Client ordering virtual tour photography, Google Street View mapping, or digital marketing services. By booking a photoshoot or paying an invoice deposit, the Client accepts these terms in full.

2. Scheduling & On-Site Staging

The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is fully cleaned, organized, and properly lit prior to the photographer's scheduled arrival. Because 360° cameras capture comprehensive 360° × 180° spherical views, Service Provider is not liable for clutter, unhidden personal property, or staff presence that was not cleared prior to scanning.

3. Commercial Pricing & Payment Milestones

Virtual tour packages are billed as a one-time project fee based on the chosen tier (Starter ₹12,000, Medium ₹26,000, Premium ₹55,000, or Enterprise Custom Quote). Taxes (GST) are applicable extra. Commercial payment terms follow a two-stage milestone: an advance deposit of 50% upon project scheduling and confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance due upon final tour delivery, client review approval, and publication to Google Street View.

4. Turnaround & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines (Starter: 2–3 days, Medium: 5–7 days, Premium: 7–10 days) commence from the successful completion of the on-site shoot and receipt of any required Client branding assets (logos/URLs). Delays caused by force majeure or Google Street View ingestion queues are outside Service Provider's direct control.

5. Intellectual Property & Image Licensing

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, link to, and embed the produced 360° virtual tour on their corporate website, social media channels, and marketing collateral. Service Provider retains the right to display tour excerpts in its portfolio showcase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party platform downtime (including Google Maps or Google Business Profile service interruptions). Service Provider's total aggregate liability under any statement of work shall not exceed the total project fees actually received from the Client under that specific agreement.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Shoots may be rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the agreed arrival time. Rescheduling requests due to inclement weather for outdoor panoramic shots will be accommodated at mutual convenience. Cancellations or rescheduling notices received within less than 24 hours of the scheduled shoot time are subject to a nominal mobilization fee of ₹2,000 to offset photographer travel dispatch.

8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising under or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hanumangarh / Sangaria, Rajasthan, India.
